Steele Associates Marine Consultants is structured to serve as an extension of the companies we support. From private small-scale dredging to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers civil works projects, our goal is to provide first class data products and service while maintaining the close working relationship of an in-house style survey department.

Environmental Sampling

 

 Our personnel are USCG licensed, OSHA certified, and experienced with safety conscious sample collection in the marine environment.
  • Sediment Sampling - Sediment grab samples and core samples to 30 feet penetration depth

  • Water Quality Sampling and Studies - Water sample collection, water quality monitoring and analysis

  • Remote Monitoring Systems - Data acquisition systems, buoys, site monitoring, near real-time data reporting

  • Fisheries Surveys - Otter trawls, fish traps, and gill nets
 

    Hydrographic Surveying and Mapping

     
    Steele Associates offers precision hydrographic surveying services for construction, dredging payment, mapping, and permitting.
